[Hello, citizens of Luceti. I hope you're all enjoying your daily routine. Picking up your lunch for the afternoon, or catching up on some reading by the fountain. Maybe even taking a trip to the item shop for some... window shopping.

That's right. Anyone approaching the item shop will instantly notice the wagon in the doorway. A wagon holding a mountain of items so random that it would take some kind of evil genius to see how they all fit together. Or Pinkie Pie. You should probably suspect Pinkie Pie. The bubblegum-pink pony is happily darting from pile to pile, shelf to shelf, picking up and playing with just about everything she can get her hoofs on. Every once in a while, she'll gasp in excitement, before tossing an item onto her ever-growing mound.]

This is the best. Store. Ever!

Oh, that? It sure looked like it could be fun!

[She turns and wiggles her way back into the pile, rooting around for the bandolier. The pile wiggles with Pinkie's movements, but not a single item falls. Eventually, the pony's head pops out of the top of the pile, the bandolier in her mouth.]

["That"? Surely it can't be- but then her head pops out of the pile and there it is, safe and sound and every bell securely locked in their pouches. With a gasp of surprise Sabriel extends her arms for it.]

That's it! How did you- I've been looking for it for a month!

[She giggles happily, bouncing in circles around her new friend.]

It was with the instrum~ents!

[Holding the leather tightly in her hands for a moment she slips it on over her a shoulder so it lay across her body, the weight so familiar and very much missed. Now that takes a HUGE weight off her shoulders.]

[She blinks.]

Ah, sometimes things from peoples' worlds appear in the item shop...maybe the more strange and particular items should be left alone?

[Taking a step forward Sabriel gets a better look at the pile, the contents ranging from knick nacks and junk or kitchen appliances of all things. Well, now that she's got her bells she has time to spare.]

Really? That would be super great! This stuff is all really neat, but I wouldn't want to take anypony's things by mistake! That would be awful!

Anypony? [Suspicion confirmed...I guess? Now where to start...then again the pile looks like it's fit to fall over at any wayward touch. Ah, but she can't forget her manners, the pony seemed more than friendly enough anyway.]

Now lets see...if we can move the wagon out of the doorway and organize the things into piles we can go through them again and see what you can keep and what might be best to leave behind.

[She turns around and faces the large pile of things.]

...How do we do it?

...Good question. If we could start at the top and work our way down we should but you've collected quite a pile of things.

[It's so ridiculous she can't help but laugh.]

I don't suppose you have a ladder in there too somewhere?

A ladder? Hm. Lad...der.

[She taps a hoof to her chin.]

Or a step ladder? A stool maybe?

I think I might have one idea.

[Which, with any experience around Pinkie, proves to be a terrifying prospect.]

[Poor unknowing Sabriel.]

[And the moment she asks, Pinkie vanishes into the pile again. Moments later, the pony lumbers back out of the pile wearing four large stilts.]

Ta-da!

Wha- [What the Charter?]

How do you do that?

Do what? [Giggle.]

You just. Went into the pile without disturbing it at all.

And how can you hold onto those stilts?

[And she giggles again. Were you expecting a straight answer?]

[Oh dear. But she is talking to a colourful excitable pony it seems, did she really expect this to be so straight forward?]

...Because if you can do that but bring something else out each time then we won't need the stilts.

If you can hand me the stilts then I can start sorting the things while you bring them out.
